Angel B3 Counseling Center provides counseling services to individuals, families, children 7 and older, adolescents, families, and couples. I offer a holistic approach for each client and tailor fit therapy based on the individual needs of client or family.
Telehealth, video sessions, and phone sessions are also offered if requested.
I specialize in variety of mental health issues including ADHD, Anger problems, Anxiety (Generalized Anxiety Disorder, Social Anxiety, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder), Autism, Social Pragmatics, Coping with Divorce, Depression, Adjustment disorders, Self-esteem issues, PTSD, other trauma issues, School problems, Defiant problems, Stress Management, Drug and Alcohol issues, Addictions, Grief & Loss, Coping Skills.
As a dedicated Counselor I offer guidance to individuals and groups to help them deal and cope with certain issues that affect their subjective well-being and mental health. I believe if nothing changes nothing changes. I strive for a holistic approach with each client and utilize an eclectic style of counseling in understanding and appreciating the connection between mental health, physical health, spirituality, mindfulness, quality sleep, nutrition, relaxation, exercise, and meditation. :
Payment is due at the time of service. Your appointment time is specifically reserved for you. I require a minimum of 24-hour notice for cancellations. Fees will be charged for a Late Cancellation less than 24 hours or a No Show for appointment. You may leave a message on voicemail, send text or message, or send email to cancel within that time frame.
You will be sent a reminder text message to remind you of appointment the day prior to scheduled session, however I ask that you consider this a courtesy and not rely on this as a sole way of remembering your appointment. You will be responsible for missed appointment whether or not a reminder was sent or received.

Adults/Adolescents are seen for 45-50 minute time slots and children for 35-45 minute time slots.
